We trust that you're listing with MineOnline.com.au has been of benefit to your business growth, however, if you are not satisfied with your listing, please call our team here to discuss any problems and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Terms of Use

TERMS OF USE

We are simply a referral forum. We are paid either a fixed advertising fee and/or a small fixed fee based on the exposure of a business in our directory.

We allow material to be put on our sites in good faith. Where we become aware of errors or inaccuracies we remove the material. We make some verification checks and when a complaint is made about a company or business we try to verify that complaint and if proven to our satisfaction we remove the material. However, any check made by us does not provide you with any promise as to the truth of the material on our sites.

Promotional Material

We have the right to email the email address provided and SMS promotional material related to the MineOnline web site, inluding newsletters and important updates.

Refund Policy

You have the right to a full refund in the first month from the listing date if a suitable reason is given. The refund will be mailed to you in the form of a cheque made out to the company specified on the listing. This is used as the last method to resolve any issues you may have with our service, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are happy to discuss any issues you wish to arise.

Billing

You will be invoiced every 12 months from the listing date to renew your MineOnline advertising subscription. You may cancel this subscription at any time by contacting our staff via http://www.mineonline.com.au/about.

Customer Information Privacy Policy

The information supplied to MineOnline is stored in a protected database and is only used to contact you for reasons related to the MineOnline web site. Your information will not be sold, or passed onto any third party without your permission. This excludes our credit card payment solution where by your information is sent and processed by the National Australia Bank. Your stored records can be accessed at anytime by contacting our staff via http://www.mineonline.com.au/about.

Payment Security

Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Cheque and by request Credit Card. All credit card payments will be made via PayPal where your security is great importance. 

We have the right to change these of use at any time without notice.
