Screening Solutions - Screening by using geometrical patterns – bars, wire, circle, square or rectangle - is the most common method of size control in aggregates processing. We offer screens for both wet and dry applications, and the screening media for optimum end product quality. Our equipment is easily adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. Conveying Solutions - Mass flow by conveying is by far the dominating method when transporting material in a minerals processing operation. Feeding Solutions - Feeders are necessary whenever we want to deliver a uniform flow of dry or moist fractions of rock and minerals. Generally feeders are categorized by the size of feed material, apron feeder being the solution to primary feeding application. Grinding Solutions - Grinding is the required process when size reduction of below 5-20 mm is needed. Grinding is a powdering or pulverizing process, and it can use three methods: tumbling, stirring or vibration. Metso Minerals supplies the right grinding solution to every method and application.
